OUR HISTORY

BRIEF HISTORY OF MY SHEPEHERD SOULWINNING MISSION
My Shepherd Soulwinning Mission (formerly Shepherd’s Field Ministries Int’l) is a mission-based ministry which reaches out to the unreached on the streets and caters for the needy. It was birthed on 13th August 1996 as a divine mandate given to Apostle Kelechi Charles in a vision showing a large field containing sheep under the guidance and tender care of a loving shepherd with scriptural reference to Ezekiel 34.
A vision remains a mental picture until activated. The vision was set into motion with the formation of a prayer club assembling individuals from different spheres but with a common burden of prayer and intercession. However, after several contacts and counseling sessions with mentors and spiritual leaders, the vision was further analyzed and expatiated as one to transcend from a prayer club to a full fledged ministry of catering and reaching out.
Having understood its divine mandate, the ministry decided to launch out fully into missions, outreach and street evangelism in Nigeria and beyond. Notable countries reached out to include Togo, Cameroon and Benin in Africa; Norway, Germany, Sweden and Holland in Europe; and the United States of America. As a response to the need for discipleship and closer monitoring of converts, the ministry raised a church arm for that purpose. The church was first situated at 21 Adeolu Str, Mushin. It then relocated to 1/2 Adeoya  Close by Daleko Mkt, Mushin before finally locating on 31st Dec 2009 its now permanent base at 2/6 My shepherd Soulwinning Mission Drive, off Idomila/Idorawa Community Road, Doyin bus stop along Agbara-Lusada Road, Igbesa, Ogun State.
